In an exciting event held in London, SM Entertainment revealed their first British boy band, Dear Alice. The press conference, held on Thursday, marked the debut of the group and its members to the public.
Dear Alice is a five-member ensemble co-produced by SM Entertainment, SM & Kakao Entertainment America, and Moon & Back Media, a British entertainment company. The British firm handled casting, while SM Entertainment provided their renowned expertise in music, choreography, and vocal training.
The group features Blaise Noon, Dexter Greenwood, James Sharp, Olly Quinn, and Reese Carter, aged between 19 and 23, each bringing unique backgrounds to the mix.
Their debut will be chronicled in the TV series “Made in Korea: The K-pop Experience,” a six-part series airing on BBC One and iPlayer later this month. The show will document their 100-day K-pop training journey in Seoul, leading up to the launch of Dear Alice.
SM Entertainment has ambitious plans for Dear Alice, aiming to make a mark in the global music scene, including the UK. Stay tuned for this groundbreaking fusion of British talent and K-pop expertise.
