In the film, Noh portrayed Jang Heung Su, a young author living with HIV who keeps his identity as a gay man a secret. The story takes a dramatic turn when Jae Hee, played by Kim Go Eun, accidentally discovers Heung Su’s secret in a hotel back alley. Rather than exposing him, Jae Hee supports Heung Su, even helping him through a critical moment. The pair, both outsiders in their own ways, form a deep bond, moving in together and navigating love and life in a world filled with prejudice.

The movie, based on Park Sang Young’s novel Love in the Big City, explores themes of youth, friendship, love, and resilience. It offers a poignant and nuanced portrayal of the struggles faced by young gay individuals, weaving a story of strong friendships and finding hope amidst societal challenges.

During his acceptance speech, Noh expressed gratitude to his co-star Kim Go Eun, highlighting the joy and fulfillment he experienced working on the film. His visible excitement and heartfelt thanks endeared him even more to the audience.

Congratulations to Noh Sang Hyun on this well-deserved recognition!
