Kanye West sparked outrage on the morning of February 7 with a series of hate-filled tweets, in which he once again praised Nazis and Adolf Hitler while making offensive remarks about the LGBTQ community and people with disabilities.
His all-caps tirade began with a shocking claim, “turned down 3 photos this week with Make-A-Wish kids in wheelchairs”. He then escalated his rhetoric by openly embracing antisemitic views, tweeting: “I love Hitler, how what b–ches,” followed by “I’m a Nazi.”
As the tweets spread, they sparked widespread condemnation from users, activists, and organizations, many of whom called for his removal from the platform and criticized X for allowing such content.
Several of his tweets were flagged for violating X’s hate speech policies and were marked “visibility limited” to restrict their reach.
Later, West deleted the posts.
