Nguyễn Thúc Thùy Tiên, Miss Grand 2021 winner, has been arrested along with two other influencers after a health product they promoted was found to be misleading.

Kera Supergreens Gummies were marketed as a fibre supplement, with claims that each gummy contained as much fibre as a full plate of vegetables.
However, laboratory tests revealed that only 16 milligrams of fibre were contained in each gummy, far less than the 200 milligrams promised. Proper labelling was missing from the product, and high levels of sorbitol, a laxative ingredient, were found without clear disclosure.
More than 100,000 boxes were sold before authorities stepped in to stop the sales. Although the influencers were initially fined, they were later arrested and charged with producing counterfeit goods and deceiving customers.
This case highlights the importance of transparency in influencer marketing, especially when health claims are involved.
